What is AVB?
AVB (Already Vaped Bud) is the leftover cannabis that you collect from your dry herb vaporizer. Depending on the temperature at which you vaporize your cannabis, and the length of time you spend puffing, AVB maintains up to approximately 30% of the cannabinoids in your herb - including THC. Because that remaining THC has been decarboxylated via the process of vaping, it is active and ready to be ingested orally. This means it can easily be made into potent edibles, oils, and tinctures.
Remember that you control how you want to feel with your strain choices. For this recipe, I recommend an energetic sativa that’ll help you conquer the day. A classic strain like Blue Dream (available for purchase @ Fire & Flower) is great for both daytime vaping and subsequent edible making. However, people who have experienced anxiety with high THC sativa strains might prefer to use a sativa hybrid like Lemon Skunk (available here) or even a balanced hybrid like Banana Split (available here).
How much do I use?
The range given (0.3g to 1g) is large enough to accommodate most tolerance levels. The amount of THC and other cannabinoids left in your cannabis after vaping can vary greatly, and you are the best judge of your own body. Start low and go slow. Remember that you can always take more.
Start with 0.3g and be patient. Wait at least two hours before taking a second dose.

0.3g to 1.0g vaped cannabis
1/2c unsweetened yogurt
1/2 large banana
1/2c frozen strawberries
1/2c milk, water, or fruit juice
Layer ingredients in a blender starting with the vaped cannabis, yogurt, banana, strawberries, and finish with the milk or water. Blend well, add more liquid as needed. Come on, you know how to make a smoothie.
